Rhonda Gauthier has studied and painted throughout the United States, England, France, Mexico and Spain.  During one art workshop with GALE BENNETT (1939-2008) we painted in MONET’S GARDEN in Giverny, France.   She loved sitting on the ground, gazing into his pond, listening to the creek tumbling over the rocks with the haunting sound of the cuckoo bird calling out.  One afternoon she was the only person there except for the unseen gardener!  She had another great  experience of studying under CHARLES GRUPPE as he instructed her, plein aire, in the beautiful and historical areas around the Costa del Sol in Spain. She thanks Evelyn Benham, Robert Burridge, Urania Christy Tarbet, and the many, many other instructors who have shared  their art spirit with me through their instruction and guidance throughout the years.
